Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
Children and extra beds
Up to two children under 6 years are charged EUR 20 per night when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20 per night for children's cots/cribs.
All children under 6 years are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
Accepted credit cardsThe accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that the apartment has no reception. Only self check-in is possible. All the information and instructions regarding self check-in will be forwarded by the property and have to be confirmed back before arrival.
The property is reachable via phone daily, from 09:00-21:00.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are available against a surcharge, on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel only.
Please note that air conditioning can only be used at a surcharge. This needs to be requested in advance and it is payable directly upon arrival in cash.
Please note that the photos are only examples of a specific room type. Actual rooms might be decorated differently and there is no guarantee that you will be accommodated in exactly the same room.
A security deposit of EUR 250 may have to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded after check-out if no damages have incurred.
Please note that the total amount, including the cleaning fee, will be charged on the day of booking.
Please note the following requirements for a check-in:
- Payments: please make sure that the payment has been done prior to arrival. Otherwise, you will not be able to enter the booked apartment (see Property policies).
- Guest Sheet: Please fill out the digital form completely and make sure you have signed it as local authorities examine theses sheets and fines are applicable if not filled out sufficiently. If the digital form does not work, please send a copy of the passport of all guests to the property. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.
