Children and extra beds
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Please note that no loud parties are allowed and noise should be kept to minimum after 11:00 PM. The refund of your security deposit is a subject to room inspection after your stay.
Please note the maximum occupancy of each unit. No additional guests are allowed. Guests who disturb the residents and receive complaints from the building manager will be asked to pay a CAD 900 fine.
Guests are required to contact the property once the reservation is confirmed (at least 3 hours before arrival), to arrange for key collection and check in. A security deposit of CAD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
