Check-in takes place at the office located in 4 Pilve Street. It is open Monday-Friday from 10.00 to 18.00. Guests arriving outside these hours, please contact the property to arrange key collection.
Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Pilve 4, 10122 Tallinn. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Aasa Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
