Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

If arriving after 18:00, please inform the property so that they may provide you with late night check-in instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 5700 Midnight Pass Rd Suite 2, 34242 Siesta Key. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Seven Nights at the Oasis in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
