Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.

A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
"Payment method is via Credit Card. The property accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Dinners, etc). Guest also have the option to pay via bank transfer.
Please note all passengers must pay an extra fee of 19% (VAT). This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
Pets upon request. Pet fee is $10 usd/night, with a minimum rate of $75 usd/stay.
Please note this property does not include a daily maid service, therefore guests are kindly requested to keep the space tidy and clean.
No smoking or parties allowed. Smoking/party evidence will result in stay termination and $200 USD fee.
A picture of National Identification Document or Passport must be sent before check in date for security purposes.
Any damage or missing items to the property may be discounted from guest’s CC if its not payed by the guest 5 day after the damage is detected and informed to him.”
