Children and extra beds
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
PetsPets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Accepted credit cardsVisa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Cash. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
In 2016, it is not possible to check in after 19:30.
In 2017, arrivals after 19:30 must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival. There is an extra fee of EUR 30. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time after 19:30. The property will contact you for further details.
WiFi is available in all areas and you can contract packs of 1GB each with a validity of 24 consecutive hours at the extra cost of EUR 12 per pack. This service is contracted for the whole stay and cannot be split. You must pay a deposit of 120 EUR at the time of collecting the router in the office. This deposit will be refunded after departure.
Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 300 is required by card payment. This is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that pets weighing up to 10 kg are admitted on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 5 perday. A refundable pet deposit of EUR 400 is payable on arrival.
Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartments and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule.
Unfortunately availability of parking is not guaranteed for all the properties in this complex (Meaning that it could be possible that there will be no availability even if it is requested in advanced). We always note the request of parking as depending of availability on the day of arrival.
Please note that guests are requested to leave the apartment in the same conditions that they found it. Guests can clean it themselves or can pay for a cleaning service that costs EUR 70 to EUR 80. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Universal Holiday Centre, Avenida Batlle Pere Molas, 3, 43840 Salou. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
