Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Guests reserving for 2 or more rooms, or for 10 or more days, are required to provide a prepayment deposit of 50% of the total of the reservation prior to check in. The property will contact you with further details after booking.
The property does not have a 24-hour front desk, therefore it\'s important to inform your expected time of arrival. Guests that have a check-in time after 18:00 or on Sunday, the property will send special instructions the day before or the day of to access your room. Guests that check-in before 18:00, Carlos, our guest relationship manager, will welcome you and provide you the keys to your room.
Los Andes offers airport transportation service for an additional cost. If you would like to use our airport transportation service, please provide us your airline, flight number, number of bags, and expected time of arrival.
Los Andes does not provide daily maid service. Guests can request to have their rooms cleaned each day but will incur an additional surcharge. Please inform Los Andes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
