There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid via credit card or debit card. The remaining amount will be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Guests will be contacted by smart holidays with further details.
Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the property.
Please note that towels and bed linen are not included. Guests can rent them on site or bring their own.
