There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Reservations for stag and hen parties are not accepted at this property and will be refused.
After booking, a confirmation will be sent to you from the local agent. A booking form plus terms and conditions will need to be completed, signed and returned. Valid ID showing a photo and current address will be required on or prior to arrival. This ID needs to be provided before keys are collected.
A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note, roadworks are currently occurring on the Poole lifting bridge, which is likely to affect access to the Poole Quay and surrounding area. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Quay Holidays, Orchard Plaza, 41 High Street, BH151EG Poole. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Bay Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
