Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.

The daily rate includes 20 kilowatts per day (enough to use air conditioning with normal ranges). If this limit is consumed, each extra kilowatts cost $0.23 USD or $4 MXN.
A Security Deposit via PayPal will be paid upon booking and the balance is to be paid in cash at Check-In Please inform Sandia 15 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
