Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Accepted credit cardsVisa, Euro/Mastercard, Red 6000, Maestro. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that pets under 4 kg are allowed in the property.
A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
A cleaning service is provided as follows:
- For stays of up to 7 days the property will be cleaned after check-out.
- For stays between 8 and 15 days a cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen will be provided on the 7th day and property will be cleaned after check-out.
- For stays of more than 15 days a cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen will be provided every 7 days and property will be cleaned after check-out.
Guests are expected to leave the property in an acceptable state. The property reserves the right to charge an additional fee if extra cleaning is required. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Villa Liv in advance of your expected arrival time.
