Children and extra beds
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
PetsPets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cardsAmerican Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that room rates do not include electrical and water usage fees. Guests will be charged THB 7 per electrical unit for electricity and THB 27 per unit consumed for water. Guests must pay these fees directly to the property upon check-out.
Guests will also be charged a compulsory cleaning fee (provided only upon check-out) of THB 1000 when making the reservation. Additional cleaning during the stay is not included in the room rates and an additional fee is to be paid directly at the property if cleaning services are requested.
Please be informed that any check-in that is expected to be made after 19:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property directly via either email or phone. Please inform The Vision by MyPattayaStay in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
