Children and extra beds
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
PetsPets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cardsAmerican Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Discover. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note the service fee is a reservation fee and will be collected as per policy. The cleaning fee will also be collected as per policy.
A refundable USD 250 security deposit will be charged at the time of booking to guests 25 years and older.
For refundable security deposit for guests ages 21-24, the deposit will vary by unit size:
- Studio, USD 250
- Two-Bedroom Apartment, USD 750
- Three-Bedroom, USD 750
The unit is supplied with the initial supply of trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and dish washing detergent. Amenities will not be replenished during the stay.
Linen exchange is not provided for properties with on-site laundry facilities.
All units are privately owned.
Please note bed type will be allocated upon check-in. It might be a higher room category, but subject to availability upon arrival. Bedding will vary between rooms. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required when you book. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Grand Panama by Counts Oakes Resort Properties in advance of your expected arrival time.
