When you reserve this home, you will be sent a rental contract to be filled out and returned to the owner. The property requires 50% of the total at the time of the reservation and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. The property accepts checks or payment through PayPal. Check in is 16:00 or later on arrival date and check out is by 11:00 on departure date. 50% payment must be bade within 24 hours of booking. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Paradise Business Center, 96778 Pahoa. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required when you book. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
