Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
Children and extra beds
One child under 8 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
One further older child or adult is charged INR 800 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Accepted credit cardsAmerican Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that guests are required to inform the property in advance about their estimated arrival time since most apartments do not operate a front desk. Guests will be able to insert this information in the section “Special Requests” at the time of booking or can contact the property directly using the contact details in the booking confirmation.
Please note that the apartments are spread across different blocks of Defence Colony but all check-in and key collection will take place in our office at: A-454 Defence Colony (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise, where guests will be provided directions to their allotted apartment & other helpful information. Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee.
Please note that for Bookings done without providing Credit Card, guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with a payment link or bank account details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made as per the Cancellation Policy within 24 hours once email is received.
Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorisation on the guest\'s credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. Please note that the guest\'s credit card will be debited by the bank\'s merchant named Blue Leaf Corp.
Please note the card holder must be present during check-in and all guests must provide a valid ID (passport, driver\'s license or national ID card) at check-in. All booking confirmations are valid only on successful payment and upon presentation of relevant identification documents.
Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, extra guests will be charged.
Please note that a refundable security deposit may be collected upon check-in for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress.
Please note that the décor of apartment allocated may vary but photos are indicative. In rare case of any non-availability of this property, the property will offer you an alternate property of equivalent or higher standard in the vicinity.
Please note that the property offers Special Discounted Rates for Weekly Stays (minimum 7 nights) & Monthly Stays (minimum 28 nights) but all bookings will be required to pay electricity charges upon actual usage. Please inform Olive Service Apartments - Defence Colony in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
