Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer, cheque, paypal or Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers. The property will contact you directly to organise this.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that staff are not located on site but are available upon request. If you are planning on arriving after 18:30, the keys will be left in a safe and a telephone number will be provided for emergencies.
Please note that a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.
Please note that change of linen is available as a cleaning service, but only upon request and with an additional fee.
