Children and extra beds
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in.
Guests will receive a rental agreement through email. If no email is received, guests must contact the property prior to check in. The agreement must be returned within 7 days. Please inform Montauk Beach House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 3000 is required. The host charges this 30 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
