-Guests must make a payment before their arrival in order to secure their reservation. The establishment will contact you to provide you with the necessary information. For non-refundable rates will have to pay the full amount.
-This establishment accepts payments through PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
-Guests must show a valid identity document upon check-in.
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a damage deposit of 100 USD (or its equivalent in pesos at the change of the day). The refund of this deposit will be made between 3 and 7 calendar days after your check out, as long as no damage has occurred in the accommodation.
-The inventory is part of the apartment and any loss or damage (including keys and access cards) will be the responsibility of the guest.
-The parking lot has an additional cost of 150 pesos per day (8$USD). In case you need it, it is important that you inform the host in advance.
-If your stay is for more than 7 days, you will receive cleaning service.
-Late check-in will have an extra cost of $20 USD (a late check-in is considered from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
-Please note that due to the building\'s internal rules it\'s strictly forbidden to make loud noises after 10:00 pm. Violation of this rules will result in losing the security deposit and to be removed from the apartment before the end of your stay. Please inform Alameda Downtown Suite, 327 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
