Guests travelling with children or infants are required to inform the property in advance. A fold-able crib can be set up in the bedroom.

Kindly note that guests are required to switch off the air conditioning units and electrical appliances (excluding fridge) when not in use or when leaving the apartment.
A 50% prepayment of the total reservation amount is required via bank transfer or PayPal to secure the reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide payment instructions. The balance amount will be collected upon check-in at the property.
A security deposit of PHP 8,000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartment at Greenbelt in advance of your expected arrival time.
