Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
A USD 500 security deposit is required and will be charged when your remaining balance is due
If booking 30 days or more prior to arrival date: The guest will be charged 50% of the total balance at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival date.
If booking less than 30 days prior to arrival date: The guest will be charged 100% of the total balance at the time of booking.
Guests must provide notice of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund. Guests cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged the total balance.
Please be sure to check for current road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Pass Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Snowcreek #474 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Mammoth Five Star Lodging will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property\'s details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
