Children and extra beds
One child under 12 years is charged USD 75 per night when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years are charged USD 75 per night for children's cots/cribs.
All children under 12 years are charged USD 75 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 75 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cardsAmerican Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note: Guests will receive an email from DocuSign with the subject: Please DocuSign Vega Management Booking Agreement. Included in that email is the rental agreement and the credit card authorization form.
Guests need to complete the documents within the 24 hours or the reservation will be at risk for cancellation.
Once the property receives the email please follow up and complete it with your information and a copy of your ID and credit card to confirm the booking.
Please note: Check-ins after 21:00 Monday through Sunday are subject to a late check-in fee. The late fee per room type varies. Please contact property for details.

Please note: No parties, pets, or smoking are allowed under any circumstances, or else the property will not refund the security deposit. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 2000 is required when you book. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Hillside Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
