All guests attending are required to send a copy of a photo ID to the property prior to their arrival. The property also requires a photo of the credit card used for the booking.
The property operates a strict no party policy. If guests are found to have be having parties on the premises, this will lead to a penalty fee being charge by the property.
Parking is subject to availability. Guests must request a parking space in advance in order to reserve a parking space.
Please note the reception is not open 24 hours. The opening hours are 09:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays the property operates a self check-in service. The property will provide guests with more information.

Please note that guests from the local area cannot be accommodated at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
