All early/late check-in or check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
The name on the payment card must be the same as name of lead guest.
The lead guest is required to present ID upon arrival.
A security/damage deposit of GBP 250 is required in cash for all reservations less than 3 nights. This will be returned, into a bank account provided upon check-in, 3 to 5 working days after check-out.
Payment of your reservation can also be made via bank transfer, please contact the property to arrange this payment method.
Please note a representative of Uber London Apartments will contact you upon making your reservation to arrange check-in and check-out times and to obtain your CVC code, if paying by card.
No parties are permitted in the property, and it is requested that guests are respectful of the neighbours.
Upon arriving at the apartment, guests will be greeted and guided through the check-in process by a host. Once guests have signed the agreement and disclaimer, the host will hand over the keys.
Guests are able to drop off their luggage from 12:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform Uber London Oxford Street House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
