The maximum number of total guests in a room is 6.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 6 P.M. A security deposit of GBP500 will be applied for last-minute reservations, made within 24 hours from the arrival date. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in. Persons under 21 years must be accompanied by an individual that has the legal authority to care for this person and is over 21 years old. We reserve the right to charge in case of breach of terms or damages. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place either at your local City Relay Reception Space or at the property, subject to availability and if given more than 24 hours notice.
