Second Nest may charge a refundable security deposit upon booking. The property will contact guests directly with details. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that all booking confirmations are valid only on successful payment and upon completion of the virtual check-in process.

A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or credit card is required to secure your reservation. A credit or debit card can be used with a passport of the same name. The passport may be held until check out. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties.
Please note that only the guests listed on the booking confirmation are allowed to use the apartment. Visitors are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property.
Please note parking needs to be payed directly on site and can only be payed via credit or debit card. Please inform Second Nest Thames View in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
