A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that check-ins before 15:00 carry an additional charge of GBP 30. The earliest possible check-in is 12:00, subject to availability. The latest check-in for this property is 23:00. Arrivals after 23:00 will not be granted access to the property and no refunds will be given.
Standard check-out time is up to 11:00. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. In case of late checking out without prior agreement, guests will be charged 40 GBP an hour.

The lead guest must be 23 years of age or older.
Check-in for last-minute bookings is only possible 1 hour after payment has been processed.
Payment is made by a secure online link. The property will contact you after booking with the link and time frame of making the payment.
The property will contact guests with a contract prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the contract and send it back to the property at least 24 hours after booking.
