Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 30 per person per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cardsAmerican Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Guests will be sent an email from Southwark Serviced Apartments with arrival instructions.
A deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). The property will contact you with instructions after booking
Guests are asked to contact Southwark Serviced Apartments at least 48 hours in advance, in order to arrange check-in.
You must show a valid photo ID and proof of address upon meeting one of the Southwark Serviced Apartments’ representatives and you may also need to show additional information prior to arrival.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Anyone found having a party will be charged and further action will be taken.
Please note the photographs are indicative of what you can expect from the apartments, although actual decor and furnishings may vary.
All last-minute bookings must contact the property directly to arrange the check-in times and the payment of the reservation.
