You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. As per government guidelines to minimise the transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers and reasonable evidence must be provided upon arrival. If reasonable evidence is not provided, your booking will be cancelled upon arrival. A security deposit of GBP is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport. A refundable security deposit to cover “additional charges“, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked. Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. This is a meet and greet property; in order to ensure an easy check-in process please inform SACO of your arrival time at the property a minimum of 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having a lengthy wait to gain access.
