The property requires a copy of ID once payment has been taken.
The apartment building does not have a front desk for guest check in as guests do a self check in. Instructions for self check in will be emailed to guests 3 days prior to arrival and after receiving a copy of ID.
Guests should ensure that they have received this email as it will contain a pin code to access the main entrance door to the building. Details of where the allocated apartment is and where the corresponding keys are will also be included in the email.
If guests have not received their check in instructions they can call Concept Studio Apartments using the mobile number in their booking confirmation.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try their best to do so wherever possible.
Please be advised that all apartments range from the 2nd or 3rd floors, down to the lower ground floors and there is no lift. Apartments are allocated 3 days prior to arrival via best availability, taking into account those with limited mobility who need ease of access as first priorities. Please note that any request for a specific floor is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
All special requests must be communication between the guest and Concept Serviced Apartments directly. Please inform Princes Square - Concept Serviced Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
