Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival along with the full contact details of the lead guest who will check-in. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
No parties are accepted in the apartments and no noise is accepted past 23.00.
Only the number of people stated on the occupancy room type can be accommodated at the booked apartment.
Please note that the card holder of the card used to make the booking must be present for check-in. You are also required to bring photo ID for check-in. If this is not possible, the card holder is required to complete a third party authorisation form prior to check-in.
The property will photocopy your passport upon arrival.
Payment is required via bank transfer prior to arrival. The property will contact you once you have made a booking detailing the payment instructions.
All guests must be of at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
