Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 40 per stay for children's cots/cribs.
All children under 16 years are charged GBP 30 per person per night for extra beds.
All children from 16 to 18 years are charged GBP 30 per person per night for extra beds.
All adults are charged GBP 30 per person per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cardsAmerican Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Solo. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Upon booking the guest will receive a message from the apartment with guest information to be filled out before arrival.
For last-minute bookings made less than 48 hours from arrival, your reply with relevant payment and paperwork is required by 14:00 on the day of check-in otherwise your booking may be cancelled.
A security deposit of GBP 350 is required prior to arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Local Office, TobeInstructed London. Please inform London Docklands Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 30 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
