There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Please send the property a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license, at the time of confirming a booking.
To settle the booking amount, the property will send you a secure link to pay online along with damage deposit of GBP 150 which will be refunded 2 weeks after the checkout.
On check-out please drop keys in the mailbox.
You will find a WiFi password in a welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities.
Car parking is on subject to availability at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.
A travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.
The property does not allow parties/loud music in the apartments.
An out of hours check-in and check-out is subject to availability and needs to be agreed at the time of making the booking and in case agreed the following charges apply:
Early weekday check-in - GBP 20 per hour
Late weekday check-in - GBP 50 for check in between 20:30 until 23:00 hrs, after 23:00 it is GBP 100.00
Late weekday check-out - GBP 20 per hour until 13:00 and after 13:00 one night charge is applied.
Early weekend check-in - GBP 20 per hour
Late weekend check-in - GBP 50 for check in between 17:30 until 23:00, after 23:00 it is GBP 100.00

In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, the property asks guests to provide the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not hear from you, or be able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a GBP 30.00 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
