There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

The accommodation fee, any additional fees, and a security deposit starting from £250 per flat or £100 per room will be charged prior or upon arrival from the bank card. Cash payments are not allowed except in extraordinary circumstances. This deposit is fully refundable 5 to 7 working days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The lead guest must be present at check in with a photo ID and the bank card used to make the reservation. All other guests must also be present. The name of the main booker must match the name on the card used for the reservation.
Check in times are between 15:00 and 22:00. A surcharge starting from GBP 40 applies for arrivals and departures outside check-in/check-out hours, however, it is subject to availability and a confirmation from the property.
Check-in is strictly between 15:00 and 18:00 on 25, 26 and 31 December, 1 January and Easter Sunday and Monday.
Kindly note that there is a strict non-smoking policy in the property.
Pets, parties and gatherings are strictly not allowed.
Lead guest must be 25 or older.
For corporate bookings, a Third-Party Form should be filled in and sent at least a day in advance. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Great Location! Perfect Flat! in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
