This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Deluxe Central London Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is 1 parking space at this property, subject to availability and at a cost of GBP 15 per night. This fee is non-refundable, even if the booking is subsequently cancelled. Please note that the card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Please note that a copy of the guest photo ID needs to be sent to the property prior to arrival. All bookings are subject to name and address verification. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking (If the name on the booking has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name but reserve the right to request ID for the modified name in addition). Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.
