Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 100 is requested upon check-in. It will be refunded upon check-out if no damages have been made to the apartment or if guests do not check-out after 11.00.
Please note that in case of late check-out, after 11:00, the damage deposit of EUR 100 will not be refunded. If guests do not leave the apartment until 16:00, their luggage and belongings will be removed from the apartment and stored.
Please note that late check-out is available upon request and availability.
In the event of key loss, the damage deposit of EUR 100 will not be refunded. In case guests leave the keys inside the apartment, a fee of EUR 25 will be charged.
For guests choosing a rate with breakfast included, please note that breakfast is self-catering. At check-in the food for the entire stay will be provided (taking into account the number of guests and the duration of the stay): milk, juice, coffee, tea, bread, jam, ham, cheese, butter and eggs. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform 27 à Graça in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 5 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
