Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
All children under 19 years are charged PLN 80 per person per night for extra beds.
All adults are charged PLN 80 per person per night for extra beds.
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.

PetsPets are allowed. No extra charges.
Accepted credit cardsVisa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
A 100 PLN surcharge applies for arrivals between 23:00 and 05:00. All requests for late arrival and early departure must be confirmed by the property.
Please note that Scharffenberg Apartments has no reception. Please contact the property by phone at least 30 minutes prior to arrival to arrange for check-in and key collection.
Cleaning and bed linen change take place once a week in case of stays longer than 7 days. Additional cleaning service is available upon request and for a surcharge.
Please note that check-ins and keys collection take place at Grodzka 3, 31-006 Kraków.

There is no lift access.
