This unit is individually managed by Elite Vacation Rentals. Elite Vacation Rentals will reach out to all guest with a Guest Use / Rental Agreement which needs to be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. Failure to return the rental agreement may result in your reservation being canceled and no longer confirmed. Check-in and arrival instructions will follow. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A non-refundable security deposit is also charged and quoted on your reservation. However, you do have the option of selecting a refundable deposit via a major credit or debit card by calling the the property management company.
There is a Mandatory Non-Refundable Mid-stay Cleaning fee for reservations 10 days or more. Fee\'s can range from $90-$500 depending on the unit. Please see rental agreement for breakdown costs. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
