Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please do not smoke inside the house. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will forfeit your security deposit. Please do not check-out late. Please do not leave garbage in the unit and please tidy up per your rental agreement there are fees associated with trash removal and unit deep cleans. If your check-out affects the maid, you will be charged a late check out fee per your rental agreement. If it affects the next guests ability to check in, you will forfeit your security deposit. If you have a pet that sheds excessively, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee that is outlined in your rental agreement. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
