Prepayment: A prepayment of 2 nights room and tax is required to confirm a reservation. The balance (if any) will be taken within 14 days of arrival.
Cancellation: Guests will be charged a flat $25 fee if you cancel after making the reservation. If you cancel inside the 14 days before arrival, you will be charged the total price of your reservation.
During the holiday season, guests will be charged 100% of the reservation at the time of booking. If cancelled before 30 days of arrival, the guest will be charged 10% of the total reservation. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, there will be no refund. The holiday seasons include President\'s Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and Christmas/New Year\'s season. Please contact the property for details.
Please note: This accommodation does not offer daily maid service. Upon departure guests should remove trash and wash dishes. Property will exchange towels, provide an extra supply of paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex and other amenities or arrange for housekeeping services.
The maximum number of guests include every person - child or infant, of any age, no exceptions.
Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.
