Children and extra beds
All children or adults are charged MYR 35 per person per night for extra beds.
All children under 12 years are charged MYR 15 per person per night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 4.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
PetsPets are not allowed.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that parties, events and illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property. Please note that this is a privately owned apartment. Please note that this property does not offer daily cleaning services. Requests for cleaning services are available at additional charges upon request. Please contact the property directly for more information. All Special Requests are to be provided at least 2 working days in advance, subject to availability. Please note the different payment methods below: 1. Credit Card Payment - Charges will be made a minimum of 14 days prior to your arrival. - A pre-authorisation of MYR 200 will be made on the credit card for a security deposit 2 days prior to arrival. This amount will be held for 14 working days, before it is released via a bank automation, should there be no further charges. The accommodation is subject to an inspection prior to security deposit refund/release. 2. Cash Payment - A security deposit via bank transfer of MYR 200 is required prior to arrival for guarantee and incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 working days of check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The property may contact you to provide bank transfer instructions. A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
