This rental property is being offered by VacayHome Connect in partnership with the professional property manager. Guests will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail from Booking.com, followed by a payment confirmation e-mail from VacayHome Connect. The payment confirmation e-mail will provide contact information for the professional property manager. Guests will then receive an e-mail from the property manager with Terms & Conditions, which have to be signed and returned. Please let the property manager know the estimated time of arrival, and they will send the arrival packet and keys in the mail. The Destination Fee outlined on Booking.com is a non-refundable cancellation coverage to protect your reservation should you need to cancel your reservation due to covered unforeseen circumstances.
The total amount will be charged immediately upon receipt of reservation.
