Children and extra beds
All children from 5 to 14 years are charged USD 30 per person per night for extra beds.
All children from 17 to 18 years are charged USD 40 per person per night for extra beds.
All adults are charged USD 40 per person per night for extra beds.
All children under 6 years are charged USD 30 per person per night when using existing beds.
All children from 6 to 17 years are charged USD 40 per person per night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
PetsPets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cardsVisa, Euro/Mastercard. The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Upon receiving a booking guest have a 24-48 hour period depending on the date of arrival, to make the first nights\' deposit from the date of payment request via Paypal, Western Union or Direct Deposit from the Leatherback Lodge.
Bookings can be cancelled by the Leatherback Lodge if there is failure to making a deposit. Guest may or may not be informed of cancellation.
Deposits are non-refundable.
All guests are required to communicate with the Leatherback Lodge via email or telephone for clarification of any questions, concerns or special requests.
The property provides a 3 course local dinner (1 Dinner menu per day) for US$40.00 per person, Main Course only at US$30.00 per person or a Light Dinner at US$25.00 per person. Guests are not allowed to bring food on the premises. The property requests previous notification if the guests wishes to eat on site and if they have any allergies.
Guests arriving at the Leatherback Lodge with a booking for more than 5 nights and decides to cut short their stay will be required to pay 50% of the cancelled days. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Leatherback Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
