Children and extra beds
All children under 16 years are charged AUD 30 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged AUD 30 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 4.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are not allowed.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of AUD 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is a 2.2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
A 25% deposit will be taken off your credit card at the time of booking. The balance and bond is due 30 days prior to arrival. The property will send you a booking slip and accompanying “terms of stay” document. This must be completed and returned at least 30 days prior to your check in along with a copy of your driver’s license and credit card used during the booking process. Failure to return the required documentation or to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests, cancellation of your booking and all monies paid, lost. If you book within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required upon booking.
The property requires a security deposit of AUD 2000, payable only by bank deposit. The property will contact you after booking to confirm the amount. This deposit will be returned 14 business days after your departure subject to a damage inspection of the property.
Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
