Great place to stay in Gent. Close to the city-center. Lovely garden, also many plants inside. Cosy bed and breakfast and the owner Lieve makes you feel at home. The breakfast was fabulous!

Super B&B.

The location is great. Some B&B in the city are located closer to the city center but this one is really special. It's rightfully described by the owners as an island in the city. The room is cute and quiet. The breakfast was a quality moment as well. We were served the classics with a large choice of jam, spreadable chocolate, speculoos, honey or cheese and we were also served many small extras like cheese lumps, chocolate filled with raisins, dried fig and dates to name but a few.
We wish we had more contact with the owners in the true spirit of B&B. Contact with them was very limited. We, for instance, expected to eat the breakfast with them but it was served in the room. As a consequence of which we know little about the former school they renovated and live in. On a positive note, they were always happy to answer our questions. We also wish we were served fresh orange juice but this is a point of detail.

Alles was prima in orde!

A tasteful room at a wonderfull location.
Nice breakfast with small little surprises.
A bedlamp for reading at the right side of the bed would be comfortable.

Top B&B!
