All children under 6 years are charged EUR 30 per person per night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Marienplatz 11 A&E GmbH, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are kindly asked to pick up the keys at the following addresses: Marienplatz 11 A&E GmbH (1st floor), 82467, Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The office is open during the check-in hours from Monday to Friday between 14:00 and 18:00.
Please note that the company charges a late check-in fee for key delivery after 18:00 during the week (EUR 10 after 18:00, EUR 15 after 22:00).
All check-ins after 18:00 on the weekends or public holidays are done through self-check-in process. A video instruction will be sent to the guest in advance via mail or phone.
Please contact the property 30 minutes in advance of your arrival in Garmisch to arrange the key collection. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.
Please note payment of the service charge is obligatory. The service charge includes incidental costs, bed linen, towels, laundry service and the final cleaning fee.
Please note that the rate for the apartment changes depending on the amount of people staying at the apartment. If the reservation is made for more than 2 people, all the bedrooms will be available.
Cots/baby beds and high chairs are subject to availability and have to be requested.
Guests are kindly asked to pay additional fees in cash upon arrival.
