Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation and check-in.
Self-check-in is required after 16:00.
Guests are fully registered and paid before their arrival date.
The property will email a welcome letter containing check-in instructions prior to the reservation date.
A valid credit card is required and must remain valid through the entire stay at Las Olas Guesthouse.
Rates are based on double occupancy and there can be no more than two (2) guests per room.
Housekeeping services are from 10:00 to 14:00.
Due to fire code regulations, smoking of any kind, candles, or open flames are not permitted in the rooms. The property bills any guest violating these policies USD 150.00 for clean-up costs and may be asked to vacate the premises. Please note that any actions that result in additional cleaning for the property will incur a fee.
The property bills guests a USD 45.00 lost key charge for any missing keys.
Pool/beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and bath robes are provided for guests in each room and must be returned to the room(s) at check-out. Full retail replacement value will be charged to the credit card on file for each missing item.
The photo ID presented at check-in must match the name of the registered guest.
