There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.

Please note that all guests must arrange their arrival with the property manager before their check-in date.
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required 7 days prior to arrival for incidentals or breakages. This deposit is fully refundable after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Guests are sent a secure link by Reserve Apartments to make the payment.
Check-in after 19:00 is possible for a small additional fee subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
Guests will be met by a member of staff at the apartment.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties.
Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older.
The rate for 7 people in the apartment includes a single fold out bed. Should guests who have booked for less than 7 people wish to make use of the single fold out bed during their stay, they will have to pay an additional charge. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Spittal Street Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
