The Property does not have a reception and there is easy self check-in procedure. Apartments are accessed by the keys collected directly by the guest from key safe. Guests can check in themselves any time after 15:00.
Please be aware that access to the apartment is through narrow spiral staircase only and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
Royal Mile Group Apartments does not have a luggage storage facility and as a result is unable to store luggage for guests before check-in or after check-out times.
Due to property based 200 yards from Edinburgh Castle right in the heart of old town there is no free parking of the property. Pay per hour limited public parking is available close to the property. Large car park is around 10 minutes walk away from the property. Parking details will be included in self check-in instructions. Please inform Royal Mile Group Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
