Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the Standard Apartments do not have lift access. When booking 3 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please be advised that only one credit or debit card payment can be made in respect of the apartment security deposit, which will be the responsibility of the lead guest. Individual per person payments are not permitted. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other residents enjoyment of the property. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure, after a representative has checked the condition of the apartment. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, however some banks do take longer. Kindly note that Temple Bar Dublin City Apartments cannot accept top-up debit cards. Service Animals & guide dogs are permitted. For group bookings please note the property will try its best to assign all apartments in a group as close as possible to each other, but this is subject to availability. Please note the Temple Bar Apartments are located in various areas of Temple Bar, within a 5-minute walk from the reception office on Crow Street. Please note that due the differing nature of the apartments, images displayed are meant as a representative sample for guests.
