Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years are charged AED 100 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the innkeeper.
PetsPets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel resort.
The property requires passport copies for each guest at least 72 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. If your arrival is on Friday or Saturday, please send your passport copies on the Wednesday before you arrive to ensure a smooth entrance process.
For your security and to protect against credit card fraud the property requires a credit card authorization letter to be signed before arrival. Guests are also required to show a photo identification and the credit card the booking was made with upon check-in.
The property check in time is between 3.00pm – 6.00pm. Please advise us of your arrival time 48 hours in advance. The property checkout time is 11.00am. Please ensure the property is vacated before 11.00am to avoid late checkout penalties and is left in a good condition to avoid extra cleaning charges.
This holiday home offers a complimentary weekly cleaning service and linen change. If your stay is for less than a week, there will be no clean during your stay unless requested for an additional charge.
E&T outsource all maintenance work in the property. Whilst these companies are not part of E&T, your designated operations manager will still be your main point of contact if maintenance work needs to be completed during your stay. Since most maintenance companies in the UAE are closed on Fridays and Public Holidays and access to properties is restricted by community management on these days, if a maintenance request comes through during this period your customer service contact will recommend a temporary solution until a permanent solution can be put in place the next working day.
A security deposit of AED 3000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This will be collected in cash or charged to your card prior to arrival. This deposit is refundable and will be returned 7 days after check-out and is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
